This Privacy Policy specifies specific rules for processing any information about you, including your personal data and cookies.

  1. The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate).  As a result of this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the User’s computer and can be read only on the target server.

  1. In some situations, the Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Data Controller.  This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • authorised employees and co-workers who use the data to achieve the purpose of the Website.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting).  With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

    • to restrict its processing
    • or transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data specified in subsection 3.3.c) for the purposes of legally substantiated interests pursued by the Data Controller, including profiling; however, the right of objection cannot be executed if there are valid legal substantiated grounds for processing, overriding you interests, rights and freedom, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims.
  5. In the event that you become aware of any unlawful processing of your personal data by the Data Controller, you will have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Website.
  7. Activities consisting in automated decision making, including profiling, may be undertaken with respect to you in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and to conduct direct marketing by the Data Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations.  This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

  2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, mainly text files, that are stored in end-devices of the Website User and are intended for using the Website’s sites.
